As far as I know, MHS did not produce EPROM/OTP parts, only ROM parts. But I might be wrong, I am not an insider.
Btw. you might try to ask Atmel, as they took over Temic, which was a merger of Telefunken and MHS - so there might be people remembering it ... Jan Waclawek |
