#97810 - laborer mafias Responding to: ???'s previous message |
As a person who has faced a coal-mafia in a mine site in North India
My experience was not "scary" but nevertheless it never feels good to lose a job. Many - very many - moons ago, I worked at a printer and made a very early typesetting by computer package. After the demonstration of the program, the ~50 typesetter emplyed there went on strike "we come back after Erik is fired". The company could not convert to automatic overnight so Erik got fired.
