It seems, you need to provide more details. Do you try to execute program from internal flash memory or from external one? AT89C51RD2/ED2 datasheet says clean about protect mode 4 (LB2 is programmed): Same as mode 3, also external execution is disabled (Default). So if you try to protect device to mode 4 and then run its program from external memory then it is not possible. Regards, Oleg |
