as seen at the place (sorry I used the LPC933-936 UG, so the page may be off) the bits are FOSC2:0 which are user config (no change while rummning) and RCCLK (can be change in TRIM SFR) and RTCS1:0 (can be changed in RTCCON SFR) so the only thing you can not change on the fly are the fosc bits.
