Thanks guys
Your are right. I`ve a look to the suggested 8051 programmer from Ahmed. I would make an order to my main electronic supplier. I don`t have a n AT89c51 left so I would have to buy one. I could also order an ISP mcu. Useless. The AT89LS53 is a very interesting chip. It needs only 3V in operating mode, it`s in-system programmable and has 12k flash, enough for my needs. I had a look in the datasheet and found out that the mcu is programmable in serial mode. It should be possible to develop software and a serial programming cable (with electronic parts) to write to the memory. Is programming in serial easier than in parallel mode? Has anyone some suggestions for the circuit, there aren`t schematics avaliable on the i-net. I have some C skills and worked a bit with at89c2051, but this type of mcu has not enough memory for my projects. Greetings Karim |
