#97251 - LPC932A1 PDM Measurements |
Hi, I have an application which requires low power consumption. After putting the micro to sleep in PDM. I take a measurement of the current being consumed and it the amp meter reads 110uamps. This is not bad, but I do not understand why sometimes this measurements (numbers on my multi mwter) move all oround from 110uamps to 1.1mamps while in PDM. What are the reasons this could happen? I have PCB next to my computer. Could it be noise or something in the software configuration?
These are some of the steps I follow prior to enter PDM
OCA = 0;
OCB = 0;
OCC = 0;
OCD = 0;
CMP1 &= ~0x3F; // disable comparators' function
CMP2 &= ~0x3F;
PCONA = 0xEF;
PCON |= 0x02; // stay there
Thanks |
