why not use a cheap red laser, and a phototransistor
I dont have prices in mind but this should provide good results for very low budjet, you could even use a few of them. as light intensity will be quite high at reiceiver, light emited by glass won't be an issue. Glass plates@1000C are quite opaque, aren't they? Best Regards, Benjamin |
