I would write the code like this:
mov a, dpl cjne a,sizelow ,keepreading ; mov a, dph ; check high byte cjne a,sizehigh ,keepreading ; jump if not last sjmp stop_program keepreading: ; carry on with the other stuff I do not see a reason why it should not work. I have removed the usage of register B. It is not necessary. Juergen |
