#93297 - Fast 8051 |
Hi,
I have started a design with DS89C450 (33MIPS) Dallas chip and come to know that they have some problem (Flash memory corrupt) with the chip. Is there any 8051 drop-in chips with speed > 10MIPS in the market with 32K program memory. Thanks for your help and any pointers. Siv |
