i have tried for the low capacitance values, for 22pf (previously 33pf). but i am getting the same osillator frequency.
i have also measured the ALE output, which is around 1.333Mhz. i dont know, why its giving this frequency. if the crystal frequency is 8Mhz, then the frequency division is only 6 machine cycles. whether the 89c51 is operating in any other special mode and not in the normal mode (12 machine cycle divisions), if so how do i change it to normal mode. help me for this. vijay |
