Here in India, by defenition all graduate engineers are Professionals. And anybody attempting an engineering solution, without a degree to support, is an Amateur. Simple isn't it ?
I know people with degrees that I'd call bunglig amateurs and people without that I'd call professionals. It is sad that today hqving a degree does not imply that you know which end is up on a resistor. Erik |
