In-Circuit Emulator ... in local markets?
Beware, getting an ICE not all, getting support for the ICE you have is much more important. I use the ICEs from Ceibo (I have '51, '51x2, XA, LPC) have a look http://www.ceibo.com. In my opinion Ceibo is the best value for money. You can get an ICE that is 10% better at 4 times the price, but those 10% I only miss about once a year and if it takes me 2 hours more once a year to save thousands of dollars, I can handle that.
