let's assume an 8 bit ADC
the typical error is +- 1 LSb = only 7 switches precision is 1/256 ~ 1/4 %. since 1/4% resistors are not available we need to use .15 resistors at 25 cents each. Possible - yes. A good idea, I doubt it. Erik |
