#91924 - Data sheet translations Responding to: ???'s previous message |

I am using >1000/month of Winbond, but ages ago i simply gave up on getting any info and just started "finding out" by mentally translating the "chinglish" to what they actually mean. It takes some practice, but can be done - most of the time :(
So THAT is what the language of badly translated data sheets is called! :-) Back when I was in graduate school teaching electronics labs, I had to grade papers turned in by undergraduate students who did not know much English. It took me a while to get used to it, but by my second year, I could tell what they were saying regardless of the actual words on the paper. It turns out that was one of the most valuable skills I learned in college... --Tom Bachmann |
