I have asked and received Craigs permission for this post:
We had to have a a socketed chip replaced in 20 buses in Minnesota and, instead of spending $$$$$$ on flying one of our guys there, I remembered someone I knew and we gave him $ to go do it. I would like to have a list of locations and names of guys and gals that, should this come up in their vicinity, were willing and capable, against $, to go to a bus yard at night and replace a handful of socketed chips.
