Dear Vimal,
I had faced exactly same problem. The unregulated voltage falling down without demand. In my case the problem was with the filtering capacitor after replacing 4700uF capacitor with a new one the problem was sorted out. Your problem is either due to. 1. A faulty filtering capacitor. 2.
