#90424 - Name confusion... Responding to: ???'s previous message |

hi greet.. i got a file which direcly uses pcf8583 in c itself in keil compiler.so can i simply add that file to my project ? after that what can i do?
Hi, My name is Geert and not Greet. There´s a subtle difference in spelling the name, but in Belgium the difference wrt physical persons is huge!!! Geert is male and Greet is female. And I still feel like a male... ;-) Back to your question (which is very vague, by the way...): you can add whatever c-file to the Keil project. But this file alone won´t do much. You need your I2C, you need your methods to control the RTC, etc... Actually, until you´re a bit more clear on what you exaclty want to do, I´m afraid very few people will be able to help you. One more thing: I think it´s best to search for similar topics regarding the PCF8583 on this forum. Otherwise, your messages can get lost in the specific PC8574 material of this thread. And if you don´t find the info you want/need, I would advise you to start a new thread on this subject. Best rgds, --Geert |
