#90142 - Load Regulation Responding to: ???'s previous message |
This is probably a regulation problem. Most multi output SMPSUs have a single transformer with several secondaries, one for each of the output voltages. However, the SMPSU loop is closed using only one of these - most often the +5V so this supply voltage has the best load regulation. The other outputs therefore usually have quite a poor load regulation and this may be what is causing your problem.
