Sometimes ago i have tried to write my own programmer for AT89S51,AT89S52 sreies with no luck ,the problem was : after initialising of the chip ,MCU did not response correctly (it did initialise and sent back the correct initialisation value) ,and when i tried to write data ,or read back an byte , i only get FF or 00 !
if you are intrested in my program (Turbo C++ source code) i'll try and upload it here . code is not well documented , but it is easy to understand how the code works. Best Regards : Farshid J.H. |
