I am new in this. And I would appreciate some help.
I need the chip with the following characteristics:
- embeded RAM
- embeded EPROM
- UART
- 16 data lines (if possible to use also some address lines)
- embeded clock
- temparature range to 85C

Could you recomend me any?
Plus I would like to know if there is any database, where I could find chip according to the above specification?
