this is sdcc (sandeep duttas c compiler) it is free ! yes free ! the response to bugs and questions is very good and the compiler is getting better and better. the package has math (int longint float) and serveral usefull functions as (printf, interrupt driven serial io with nad without external memory). a debugger is about to be implemented (or it is rigth now) and within the not too far away future the package will have its own ide.

sdcc is distrbuted as source ! and binaries (DOS Windows) and runs under several platforms (win, linux, unix ....)

go there download it, try it ...
