#482 - 8051 and NVRAM/EEPROM |
What's the best type of non volatile ram setup to use? I need to put a small amount of data into storage (200 bytes) and be able to pull it back out at any time - whether or not the device has lost power. Speed may not be an issue in my application, as I can always copy the data from NVRAM into the 8051's data space.
Thanks in advance for any advice! :) |
