Analog Devices has a new microcontroller, the ADuC812, which has an 8052 mirocontroller core along with advanced A/D and D/A convertors.

I don't remember the address off-hand, but check http://8052.com/news.htm and near the bottom the chip is mentioned, along with links to the PDF datasheet, etc. It sounds like that may be what you need.
