Dallas semicundoctor has an application note #91, so called: Microcontroller Design Guidelines for Reducing ALE Signal Noise. They put some BUS DATA dampingResistors in line P0.0-P0.7(50R-150R) and also an ALE damping capacitor from ALE to ground (10pF - 30pF).
