#375 - Noise problems in 89C51 |
We are facing a lots of problem with 98 batch of 89C51/ 89C52 and 89C2051 ICs. We found that these ICs are highly susceptible to electrical noise. If we replace these with ICs from older, say 97 or 96 batch of ICs, then circuit works without any problem.
Has anyone encountered similar problem with these ICs? |
