Does anybody know any device that once plugged in between
the eprom and its soquet can log all the eprom read addresses
during some programmed time or quantity of "psen" pulses?

Something like that with some "log start trigger" based on
a special trigger address, and then transfer the log to a PC
would be very useful for a software debug on real boards.

Cases when you have timming and other circuits involved are
very difficult to simulate on software simulators.
