#221 - 8052 low voltage and EEPROM |
I'm looking for an 8052 derivate, capable to work at 3V or less, with some EEPROM (2K) for non volatile data and more than 8 KB of code (EPROM, EEPROM, Flash EPROM)
ATMEL AT89LS53 would be great but the designers decided to take away the 2KByte of EEPROM they had put in the AT89LS52 which has only 8KB for code Thanks |
