There may be compatibles (IMHO) from
Sanyo, Samsung, Epson and Toshiba. If
you basically need the instruction set,
it will be enough.

Last summer I found it there (don't
remember if it was for '44102): go to

http://semiconductor.hitachi.com/

and choose 'LCD Drivers & Controllers'.
I can't check if yours is already there,
since somewhat went wrong with my
browser (no more Java support).
