go to digikey.com select microcontroller and in the grid to the right select 8 and 10 pin packages, you will het 1200 possibilities (some 8051 [SILabs]).
digikey is my favorite "component search engine" most of the time I buy there, but sometimes I search other suppliers of the component I have found at digikey. ha en god dag Erik |
