What you need to do is:
Either: get your cheque book out, and pay someone to do this for you; Or: get down to some serious study to find out how to do it yourself. (or some combination of the two). It is unlikely that anyone is going to give you a complete solution for free! In the former case, you will be paying for 2 things: 1. Some time to get a proper specification out of you; 2. The cost of implementing that specification. |
