Babar, your schematic you sent me is a bit strange. If you want an non-inverting amp change the following things:

1)
Vin at (+)input (not at R1)

2)
R1 with one end at GND (not Vin)

3)
Vout = Vin * (R2+R1) / R1

With the old 1M value for R2 you need 166,6... kOhm for R1. The higher the values are, the more sensible the amp will be against inductive coupling. Have a look at the input impedance of the LM3900!
