I've never heard of P80C51CKA, and I doubt it is made by Intel - I believe Intel never used the P prefix (but I may be wrong).
Also, 80 usually indicates maskROM or ROM-less devices, i.e. without FLASH or EPROM, which could be programmed by user. JW |
