#160575 - I learned from.... Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I learned 8051 in an indirect way. First I became very experienced writing assembler code for Z80. I then did a project to modify an 8048 keyboard controller to add some new features and LEDs support. After that I branched into 8051 by building a device to respond to 10 channel RC controller as servo device but doing other function instead of being servo.
I can suggest for you, read read read and then get a low cost development board and play. Check out SiLabs development kits for C8051Fxxx MCU family at www.silabs.com Michael Karas |
