The only problem is Ramtron insists in making their parts SMD and not 8P DIP. My friend does not have the eyesight to try soldering SMD parts onto small conversion boards to make them DIP socket compatable. Didn't want to be tied to this "project" by dragging out my video scope and making conversions every time he needs one. Could be his only option though. |
