Hi
I need a MCS-51 compatible microcontroller.
It should have 24 I/O Pins, 2 external interrupt sources, 1-2 timer and on-chip programmable (OTP or EPROM) ROM (size >= 1kb).
Can anyone of you give me a tip which ist the best and cheapest one for this purpose ?
