Dear Fellows:

I am trying to workout a way to communicate two devices through infra red. I have established a one way communication already, but the protocol is my customized, obviously it is not too much dependable.
Can any one guide me what protocol I should be using in order to get a dependable IR transmit and receive. Mostly i will be sending and receiving Ascii data.
