#149106 - AT89S51 ISP problem |
Hi,
I have tried programming my At89S51 using DB25 & DB9 socket of PC. I am able to read/erase but I am not able to write code into it. For Db9 I used At89prog written by Jelmer for AT89S8252, I changed the programming protocol of it to At89S51. The schematic is given at http://www.ulrich-bangert.de/ATMELISP.pdf For DB25, I used aec-electrinics aec_isp.exe, the issue is same. And www.ikalogic.com/isp.php I tried with two uC but result is same. Please help me what could be the problem!!! |
