#148271 - Maybe still there are hopes... Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello David, I don't know about the condition of your floppy but I have rescued many floppies and hard disks that had been announced dead. while recently thanks to CDs and DVDs, flash, ... I had not a similar problem but I used to use Norton Disk Edit(If I remember correctly 95 edition). surely there are better programs available now. In many situations only because FAT of a disk has been damaged or boot sector. it will be unreadable by dos/windows but It can be manually repaired. though,if you are not familiar with structure it may take a week of your time.
Best luck |
