To start I'd like to just control leds and the complete basics. Once I get a grasp on things I'd take on more complicated things...sensors, ir communication...(all the fun stuff.)

I was avoiding a pre-made kit becuase I would like to get some hands on experience. I had planned on just building this on a breadboard.
