I would rectify 30VDC into a big storage cap and from this derive all the other voltages by the help of LM2674 switchers.
Whether you use a sequencing or not, in any case you must protect your circuit against the loss of one or more supply voltages! It's very difficult to guarantee a proper sequencing under all eventual conditions (mains dips, etc.). So, the better idea is to design the circuit in such a way, that power sequencing isn't needed.
