I had previously also suggested you to kindly refer to a couple of good books on 8051 and as a minimum go through the datasheets with interest.

This will automatically answer a lot of questions that you are going to ask in future.

I also used to ask getting desperate without consulting the literature first untill I was advised the same way by a Guru and beleive me it saved me a lot of time in waiting for answers from others.
