I have developed a project using Atmel 89C51-20PC CPU, which has a battery backed SRAM, which also holds start point of mesages stored into SRAM.

Now at power-on the SRAM sometimes gets wiped-off, eventhough battery is fully charged. This only happens when I install 89C51 from Atmels Korea/Phillipines resources. The problem doesn't persist in case if I use a chip from TAIWAN !!!

If anybody has a solution for Kore/Phil CPUs please help.
