#131052 - clocks and dividers
Responding to: ???'s previous message
When talking about internal clock, are we referring strictly to oscillator frequency, or it is combined with the current mode setting? In a mcu that is capable of and uses X2 mode, when setting the SPI clock, which clock are we dividing with SPR2,SPR1,SPR0? I’m aware that the difference between the modes is that X2 mode takes 6 clocks/machine cycle whereas normal mode takes 12, but is it irrelevant to SPI clock?
