#1206 - Rigel A Good Company ?
Rigel notified us that they are going to ship all 35 packages until Nov. 1, but they failed to fulfill their promises, and gave us no explanation at all about that. From that time, we could not get in touch with Rigel. Since we have to solve our own internal problems caused by delay, we needed to talk to Rigel to rearrange our schedule. We tried to contact Rigel painfully through various channels, but they simply ignored them and gave us no answer until Dec. 23 when I sent an email that I am going to consider this as an Internet fraud and am going to post messages on several newsgroups about their poor service.

At this time, Rigel responded that they got the missing components and will be shipping on Dec. 27 with the tracking number emailed to me. But we have not heard nor received absolutely anything from Regal until now. I saw a previous a message posted by Rigel that they shipped the boards but they were returned to them. Considering their irresponsibility so far, I wonder who is going to believe this; if they were truly returned, why don't they let their customers know about it? Rigel needs to promise in front of the members of this newsgroup that they are going to give us clear and prompt delivery schedule and proof of delivery right away.
