Yes Rigel is a good Company.

We have shipped the board to the address reqested and they were returned. We are currently reshipping the boards. Though the customer says he order the boards in August we did not received payment for 3 months after that and had informed the customer that we could not ship or build this custom order until payment was received. We also informed the cusotmer that the boards would take about 6 weeks to put together since it was a custom order.
