Thank you for your suggestion. As i am using 4MHz crystal oscillator IC. So I think there is no any error from clock side. As I wrote in the previous mail all other function of that IC is working fine but that 4 Pins are not working properly. Tell me more about crystal ball I dont have any idea about that.
