Some derivatives (and some types of mcus other than '51) do pull the reset pin as output when internal watchdog reset occurs... Doesn't the LPC9xx have such a feature?
worth a look, many "full size" Philips chips do, I do not recall if the LPC does, anyhow the datasheet/UM should tell. Erik PS when multiple such chips are used put a 1k or so in series with the reset pin, or the chips can get into a "heated argument" |
