#113893 - What you need is....
Responding to: ???'s previous message

The ADB is described in detail in the Apple publication Macintosh Family Hardware Reference ISBN 0-201-19255-1

The Macs had a little PIC to do the grunt work it seems.

It looks a little like the Dallas 1 wire(c) bus in that you have narrow pulses and wide pulses for '1's and '0's

Anyway here's some specs

bit cell time 100us +/- 30%
'0' low time 65% of bit cell time +/- 5%
'1' low time 35% of bit cell times +/- 5%
attention low time 800us
sync high time 65us
stop bit low time 70us
global reset low time 3ms
service request low time 300uS
stop bit to start bit time 200uS

I can scan the relevant pages if you wish, I hope Apple doesn't mind as it is obsolete asfar as they're concerned.
