Next time, please post ALL the details - derivative used, crystal used, what you intended to do, what is the expected result and what is the real result.

If you are using 12MHz and T1 as baudrate generator, you are restricted to 4800Baud max. with PCON set (2400Baud with PCON=0). But your reload parameter is not correct for this rate.
