can we program the parallel programmer of P89c51 to work for P89v51? any decent parallel programmer manufacturer will regularuly offer free updates of the "device file" (called different things by different manufacturers). I know of no P89v51, so I have to guess you refer to the P89v51Rx2 and that one has been out long enough that the latest "device file" should include it. DO NOT try to program any chips in a parallel programmer without the exact device entered, the chip may get destroyed. Erik |
